The purpose of this project was to become familiar with the Color Theme application on Adobe Illustrator and to learn more about different Color Rules (such as Monochromatic and Complementary). The main tools I used for this project was the Shape Tools (Rectangle Tool, Rounded Rectangle Tool, and Star Tool), Shape Builder Tool to fill in the colors, and the Effect tool to make the shapes into spirographs. I used these tools to create pastel images and I used them by following the video provided to us to make sure I used the Color Theme Application properly. Through this project, I learned more about which colors look good together and how to match colors together to create an eye-catching image.
